Yanbu Commercial Port

Yanbu Commercial Port opened in 1965, is strategically located between Jeddah Islamic Port and King Fahad Industrial Port, serving as a key entry point for pilgrims visiting the holy city of Medina. It plays a vital role in the local economies of the Madina and Qassim regions. The port features 12 berths with a capacity of over 13.5 million metric tons annually, along with terminals for passengers and general cargo, and bulk silos. Its modern road network connects it to major regions, making it a primary hub for inbound and outbound passengers and cargo. Yanbu Commercial Port is an ancient port on the Red Sea, surrounded by land and coral reefs, and has undergone significant development to enhance its operations and capacity.
