King Fahad Industrial Port (Jubail)

The King Fahad Industrial Port in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, was established in 1974 to serve Jubail Industrial City. It is now one of the world’s largest industrial ports, with 34 berths and a capacity of 70 million tons per year. The port has five terminals for handling general cargo, marine equipment, bulk cargo, petrochemicals, and petroleum products. It is a crucial gateway for the world’s largest petrochemical complex and plays a key role in importing raw materials for local industries and exporting petrochemicals, refined petroleum products, chemical fertilizers, and sulfur.
